Time has gone very fast but it’s 10 years since we opened the doors at Clinco and welcomed our first client (still with us today). In that time, we have seen big changes in litigation funding, costs and the serious injury landscape. Standards of medical care in our hard-pressed NHS continue to be variable. With pressure on NHS budgets and access to justice alike, the patient looks more vulnerable than ever.
