Clinco was founded in 2009 by Sarah Wallace who is now its Legal Director. Sarah is a solicitor with many years’ litigation experience as a medical lawyer. Previously appointed to the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and the AvMA Panel, Sarah is now non-practising, and spends time focusing purely on the analysis and presentation of medical evidence for professional clients. Our collaborative team is dedicated, experienced and extremely capable – with relentless attention to detail.
We pride ourselves on exceptional client service standards, flexibility and reliability. If you have limitation issues – we have been there and can help minimise the problem.
Cost pressures are constant. We will always provide best value without cutting corners. We can usually suggest a way to keep the costs down in a particular case.
Clinco was the first independent consultancy to achieve the international data protection standard ISO27001 in 2017. We did this to demonstrate our commitment to data safety, and continue to work to the highest standards of data protection.
We were early adopters of digital technology to provide paperless sets of records and have assisted many departments over the years to transition to paper free. During the pandemic we were able to provide additional support to those who needed it, as we were ideally placed for remote digital support to facilitate liaison with experts and healthcare providers.
In 2021 we were delighted to be selected by the Scottish Government as the provider of pagination services to the Transvaginal Mesh Case Record Review. This project was completed in May 2023. We were very pleased to see the positive comments about our contribution in the final report, after collating and summarising so many thousands of pages of medical evidence.
Our excellent team, trusted suppliers and years of experience make Clinco the organisation it is today. We are all at the disposal of our valued professional clients, who come back to us again and again – the only true measure of any business.
