We often share cake in the office, but this time we had a good reason for a special one – 6 years of serving the needs of clinical negligence lawyers across the UK.    That’s backed up by many years in practice; and all that experience is available for the lawyers who instruct us.  It’s good to reflect on the past few years and we are pleased with what we have done – just today, we have been told by a client that our work is ‘exceptional’. 

The challenge ahead

However – there is no room for complacency in any role relating to medicolegal litigation.  The challenges faced by patients, lawyers, and doctors are probably greater than at any time in the past. We will continue to work well, do our best for our clients, innovate towards best practice…and enjoy the occasional slice of cake along the way.
