This means you can call on us anytime you have mislaid a document, or need any sort of administrative assistance in relation to work previously carried out. We have systems set up to make tracking documents quick and easy. We aim to provide you with a helpful approach to any requirements, however far back the case may go (so long as it is within our retention period of 6 years).
